Illinois customers can request a tax exempt form from US Farm Parts for Agriculture Use or Retail Resale.


RETURNS AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Prior to returning parts for any reason, you must contact our sales department at (800-851-3014) or email sales@usfarmparts.com  and obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Items being returned must be in new and saleable condition and purchased from US Farm Parts.
 
WARRANTY 
A. General Provisions:
US Farm Parts provides this limited warranty to the original purchaser of new products from US Farm Parts. Under these warranties, US Farm Parts will replace any covered product, which is found to be defective in material or workmanship, during the applicable warranty term.  However, the purchaser will be responsible for installation costs, any service calls, transportation and/or freight costs associated with returning the product to US Farm Parts (except where prohibited by law), any premium charged for overtime labor requested by the purchaser, and any service and/or maintenance not directly related to any defect covered under this warranty.

C. What Is Not Warranted:
US Farm Parts does not provide any warranty for the following:  (1) A&I A/C compressors not installed by a licensed or certified A/C repair shop; (2) used products; (3) any equipment that has been altered or modified in ways not approved by US Farm Parts; (4) depreciation or damage caused by normal wear, lack of reasonable and proper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions/recommendations, misuse, lack of proper protection during storage, vandalism, collision, or accident (5) special order items; (6) pistons, rings or liners that are not ordered as parts of an overhaul kit; and (7) components that have been disassembled or dismantled.
 
D.  Securing Warranty Service:
Contact US Farm Parts for return authorization.
 
E. No Implied Warranty, Representation or Condition:
To the extent permitted by law, US Farm Parts nor any other company affiliated with them makes any warranties, representations, conditions or promises express or implied as to the quality or performance of the product covered by these warranties other than those set forth above, and NO STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS ARE MADE. To the extent legally required, implied or statutory warranties or conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose shall be limited in duration to THE applicable warranty PERIOD set forth on this page. The purchaser’s only remedies in connection with the breach or performance of any warranty on ANY Products are those set forth HEREIN. In no event will US Farm Parts,  or any company affiliated with THEM be liable for incidental or consequential damages OR INJURIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF CROPS, LOSS OF PROFITS, RENTAL OF SUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT OR OTHER COMMERCIAL LOSS.  (NOTE:  Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.)  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS & SHORTAGES
Do do not reject a shipment. If there is damage to a shipment if you are able to have the carrier note it please and contact us at 800-851-3014.
 
On all freight shipments ownership passes from us to you upon leaving our dock. The bill of lading is an acknowledgment by the transportation company of the receipt in GOOD CONDITION of the shipment. Any damage or shortages cannot be considered our responsibility. It is important that upon receipt of all shipments that you check for damage or shortages and if such are in evidence have the driver record and sign for these on both copies of the freight bill. After this you should promptly file a freight claim for the damage or shortage with the carrier. Do not destroy packing until inspection has been made by the carrier or his agent.If there is an item on your order that cannot be shipped ground, a notice will displayed. No freight will be calculated at this point. The order can continue being processed, however, only the amount of the parts will be charged on the credit card. Personnel will contact the person placing the order within 24 hours with the shipping choices available along with the costs. The credit card will be charged for the freight portion at that point.
 
CANCELLED ORDERS
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed in any way after they are entered in our system.
A return (RGA) will be issued.
 
BACK ORDERS
Unless otherwise instructed we will fill all back orders as soon as merchandise is received by us. Our invoice will clearly indicate which items if any have been back ordered.
 

Shipping Information
At this time we cannot ship to international locations. Packages can only be shipped to addresses within the United States.
